The sound quality and noise cancelling is fine except we were expecting the on/off button to work. I should have read the reviews. The button is there but just for show.
The product is small and light-weight, but only functions so-so -- the ear piece is a little big for my ear and the clarity is only medium-quality. Absolutely amazing for the price though.
These weere brand new, and work perfectly. I have a Bluetooth headset, but sometimes just prefer the sound and clarity of a wired, so these are the ticket. I purchased a few of these to use with my cell phone and home phone. Good Volume and I really love the form-fitting ear gels.
For what I paid for this it is a great little gadget. It sounds great works great, has different ear pieces for your specific kind of ear.Ive had it for a month now, no problems.If it ever fails me, ill probably get the same one,if it is at the same price that is.
I threw out this one. I removed the plastic cover and it fit much better, but the edges are not smooth and intended for usage without the covers. The sound was acceptable for the price. Same price point. The diameter of the piece that sits in your ear is huge with the attached disposable covers. I didn't think I had small ear canals, but this was painful after a few minutes. I also purchased a Plantronics version and am much happier with that one.
